Liaison between Classic Carriers and Customer

* Answer phones

*Enter loads in TMW

*Schedule and reschedule pick ups and deliveries

*Update outside systems

* Back up for other customer service personnel

*Assist Dispatch with calls and driver issues

*Issue EFS checks

* Job completion each day

*Other duties as needed by Customer Service Manager
